Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham
Report to: General Manager & Brand Marketing Manager
Job purpose / overview:
We are looking for a creative, driven and brave digital marketing coordinator to join our growing team based in Birmingham. We’re looking for someone with 3 or more years of relevant experience with knowledge and confidence in a variety of digital marketing disciplines.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have excellent communication and analytical skills- as an ability to solve problems will be key; as will creativity, innovation and a collaborative approach to work.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing all-rounder. Someone technical and data driven, but also someone who understands the importance of Brand Marketing. You’ll be in the detail, but also helping to drive the strategy. You’ll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Your role will include the running of the CRM system, assisting the development of a robust acquisition and retention programme, tracking consumer behaviour, overseeing email segmentation and automation, and CRM/ content management. You will work closely with our digital marketing and e-commerce agency in order to deliver the right creatives for paid advertising. You will also help to develop and maintain a strong SEO strategy.
-Work with the wider marketing team to develop an overall ‘always on’ digital marketing strategy across channels, which underpins the collection marketing campaigns.
-Work with digital agencies to deliver paid marketing campaigns.
-Oversee and deliver customer acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty across all digital channels.
-Help implement new E-commerce and Digital Marketing tools that align with our customer acquisitions and retention strategies.
-Keep on top of and develop the reporting function for digital marketing on a daily, weekly and monthly level. Analyse data to draw out strategic insights to help drive business growth.
-Support with setting up and reporting regularly on measurement against predetermined digital metrics and KPIs, recommending and implementing advancements and suggesting changes in tactics globally across all websites.
-Develop a robust CRM strategy and advise on continual advancements in CRM.
-Oversee and optimise the marketing automation strategy.
-Work with the wider marketing team to develop and implement campaigns for each collection launch
Key skill requirements
-BS/BA//MS/MA degree in marketing or related field.
-Solid work experience in digital marketing/e-commerce/CRO/CRM.
-Deep knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics.
-Highly creative thinker, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategies to engage, inform and motivate.
-Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
-Demonstrable experience in SEO, SEM, CRM, marketing automation systems, email and display advertising campaigns.
-Experience in optimising landing pages understanding the user and user funnels.
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and webmaster tools etc).
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
-Real passion for the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
-Strong planning skills and working knowledge of e-commerce marketing tools/software.
-Strong written and verbal communication and language skills.
-Past experience in brand design, retail or a fashion related industry is a plus.
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, In-Design and Illustrator would be advantageous.
-Should be a collaborative worker able to deliver results.
