Extended Returns

Orders placed between Thursday 16th November 2023 and Tuesday 12th December 2023 will have until January 12th 2023 to return any unwanted items back to us for a refund, providing the items are still in their original condition as described in our standard returns policy.

Regular Returns

We offer a 30 days return policy, as we are aware that sometimes it's not perfect. We have opted for this to ensure flexibility, but keep emissions down with unnecessary & excessive returns.

Anything returned outside of the 30 day period will not be eligible for a refund, and we will instead offer the customer a gift card; providing the items are in their original unworn condition. 

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We now offer instant refunds for UK & EU customers. This means that you will be refunded as soon as your request is processed, rather than having to wait for the goods to arrive and be processed at the warehouse.

If your item is the incorrect size, we also offer instant exchanges for UK & EU customers. Your new item will be sent out straight away before you send off your unwanted item, so you won’t have to wait to get the right item.

We are working on introducing instant refunds and exchanges to customers outside of the UK & EU, however,
customers will currently be required to wait for returned goods to arrive at our warehouse to receive a refund.

2. Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
3. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.
4. Items purchased as part of an offer, for instance, “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy 3 or more t-shirts to get 25% off”
must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund.
5. Items purchased from our warehouse sample sales are non-refundable.
6. All P&Co Custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product
as it has been made to order.
