One Home Forever Fund Weekender
This past weekend, we hosted our first-ever One Home Forever Fund Weekender in our London store, and we couldn’t be more stoked with how it went. Four days of tattoos, cocktails, music, beach cleans, and coffee; all in the name of community and raising money for two charities we’re super proud to support: Cool Earth and Surfers Against Sewage.
Thursday – Flash Tattoos & Out of Hours Cocktails
We kicked things off on Thursday with tattooists, Laurel and Ty, inking custom flash pieces inspired by nature. Every design was tied back to the causes we were supporting, making each tattoo feel that much more meaningful.
Later that evening, the store took on a whole new vibe for our first-ever Out of Hours Cocktail Club. With the lights turned down low and the drinks flowing, all thanks to East London Liquor Co. and our friends at KERB Social, who hooked us up with all the gear, the stage was set for a night to remember.
Guided by the team, guests crafted three themed cocktails, each inspired by and connected to the incredible work Cool Earth is doing with rainforest communities. Between mixing drinks and hearing powerful stories from Cool Earth, it was the perfect blend of fun, flavour, good times and good causes.
Friday – More Flash Tattoos + More Stories
On Friday, we kept the momentum going with two more incredibly talented tattoo artists, Grace and Jacob, who took over tattoo duties. Their arrival brought a fresh wave of creativity and energy, with each of them showcasing their unique styles and artistic flair and adding more flash work to the mix.
One of our favourite moments? Tattooing two best friends in their 40s who chose us for their very first tattoos! That’s the energy we live for and exactly what this weekend was all about.
Saturday – Zo Lief Acoustic Night
Saturday evening, we welcomed our very own staff member, Laura, and her band Zo Lief for an intimate in-store acoustic night, with drinks kindly supplied by our mates at Beavertown.
The place had a laid-back, living-room-show feel with a kind of closeness you don’t often get at live music events. It felt personal and unfiltered. The kind of night where time slows down, and you find yourself wishing it would never end.
Sunday – Coffee Run x SAS
We wrapped up the weekend on Sunday with a special edition of our Coffee Run held in partnership with Surfers Against Sewage.
Led by model and friend of the brand Ben Garwood, who set the pace as we made our way to the Thames.
Once there, we were joined by the Surfers Against Sewage team for a hands-on beach clean, rolling up our sleeves to help protect the beautiful waterways that are so vital to us all. After making a real impact on the environment, we returned to the store where the vibe was relaxed and rewarding, fueled by delicious post-run coffees from the Noxy Brothers.
A proper Sunday reset, bringing together fitness, community, and purpose for a truly memorable morning.
Giving Back
Throughout the weekender, we dropped exclusive One Home Forever Fund tees and tote bags, with 100% of profits going to charity. Plus, 10% of all purchases made across the weekend were donated too. We also ran a raffle for a dream weekend away at Khudva in Cornwall, complete with kit from WESN, Lanx, Field Trip Supplies, Jimmy’s Coffee, and Stitches + Steel.
Big shoutout to Jimmy’s Coffee as well for keeping us fuelled all weekend long with free cups in-store.
