Customs and Duties

Returns & Exchanges
You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from purchase. Sale items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a returns form with your order, please note returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to send unwanted items back to our warehouse via a tracked service
Please follow the steps below to refund or exchange your order.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its orignal condition complete with tags and packaging.
- Fill out the returns form that arrived with your order so we can process everything for you.
- Send your return/exchange back to our warehouse addressed on the returns form.
- Once we receive your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way!
- Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to reach your account.
