COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

As the UK has now left the European Union, orders to countries within the European Union will now need to go through customs however we cover all taxes and duties so you don't have to!

P&Co offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!

 What we need you to do

• Fill in the returns form we included in with your order and ensure you return it with your unwanted goods. Please ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags! 
• Your P&Co mailer bag has a re-seal strip inside so you can re-use the same mailer.
  Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.
• If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as P&Co will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees. 
• Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt!

What we'll do when we receive your return

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll begin to process it as soon as possible! Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return.
• We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account. 
• If you have returned your full order to us for a refund, we will also refund basic any shipping fees that you have paid for at checkout.
  
  

A little more info

• Our returns address is: P&Co Clothing Returns Department, FedEx Cross Border, Anton House, Christy Way, Basildon, Essex, SS15 6TR, UK.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, P&Co do not offer free returns. 
• We are no longer accepting exchanges. You'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right. 
• Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition.
• Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.  
• Items purchased from our warehouse sample sales are non-refundable.
• All P&Co Custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product as it has been made to order.
