DELIVERY INFORMATION


 Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. There will be no dispatch or delivery on Bank Holidays. 

UNITED KINGDOM

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders!

Free Shipping - 3 - 5 Working Days
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Non-tracked delivery service and will arrive within 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Free High Value Shipping - Next Working Day
All UK orders over £160.00 will be shipped via DHL for an extra safe, faster and more reliable delivery!

Next Day Delivery - £2.20
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service. Orders placed before 2pm will arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be be dispatched the following day. Over busy periods such as launches, sales and holidays these time frames can vary. 

DHL Next Working Day Service - £6.80
For orders over the value of £100 we would recommend using the DHL next working day service! This is faster and more reliable on times frames.

P&Co offer FREE shipping to all of Europe for orders over £60.00GBP

All orders to Europe are shipped via TrakPak on a tracked service. Delivery time frames vary from country to country. For estimated delivery times please proceed to checkout and select the shipping option as this will give you the delivery ETA. 

All delivery prices are determined by the parcel weight. If you would like a shipping quote please proceed to checkout with your desired items. 

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a 'Shipping notification' this notification will list all of your items and a 'Track your order' link will show. Please follow this link to be redirected to your tracking info. Note tracking will only update once scanned by the chosen courier, please allow 24 hours for this to update.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

P&Co is now offering our Christmas returns policy. Any item purchased on order after 24/11/16 will be eligible for an exchange or refund as long as we receive it by January 9th 2017.
We strongly advise using a tracked service to guarantee delivery as  P&Co can not be held responsible for returns lost in the post.

30 Day Return Policy

If you are for any reason unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund providing they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original resalable condition.

P&Co are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit.
We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as P&Co will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  If an item/order is returned to P&Co outside of the 30-day return period we will issue the customer a Gift Card for the due amount minus any shipping costs.

If your return does not meet this criteria this policy will not apply.

Please download, print off, and complete a returns form if you do not already have one. See 'Returns Address' section below. 

Returns

For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card.

Exchanges

Upon receiving your item for exchange we will inspect the items, if it complies with our standards stated above we will then process the order and despatch the new item(s) within 1-3 working days. Standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your exchange, such as size or colour desired being out of stock or item not passing inspection, we will immediately notify you by email.

International Returns/Exchanges

 Please mark your returning parcel with 'Returned Items' on both the parcel itself and on all paperwork enclosed in order to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes. P&Co is not responsible for any return custom charges made. If you return is held up due to unpaid customs charges it is the customers responsibility to clear these fee's. 

'SALE' Items

"SALE” ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE 30 DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY.

Any "SALE" items returned within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund/exchange.

Anything returned after the 7 day period is NOT eligible for a refund or exchange and will instead be credited with a "Gift Card" for the amount minus your initial postage charge. If you are unable to get the items back to P&Co within 7 days we will accept a notice within that period and a further 7 days for your goods to arrive at our warehouse. 

Please note "Discounted" items where a code was applied at checkout are eligible for a refund or exchange within the 30-day return period.

CUSTOMS & MISSED PARCELS 

 

Customs and Duties

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to P&Co due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.

Missed Parcels

Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to P&Co, we will then issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.

 Undelivered Items

For UK deliveries contact the selected courier via the instructions in their shipping email and use your tracking number. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted by the customer via hello@pand.co

For all European and International orders, if your parcel is undelivered outside of the ETA time please contact hello@pand.co
Please allow 10 days after the ETA time before requesting any form of re-delivery or refund. P&Co will always do our best to locate and update you on our delivery if needed.
