Originally written by Stephen King, The Shining is a classic piece of cinema. It’s one we all keep coming back to- for it’s quotable lines and eerie qualities; I mean who doesn’t scream ‘HERE’S JOHNNY’ along with Jack Nicholson when it comes on TV?



2. TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE
If the fact that it’s based on a true story doesn’t freak you the f*ck out, then what will? With the tag-line ‘Who will survive and what will be left of them’, you’ll be left feeling like you’re next.



3. SIGNS
For the science fiction fans amongst us. Crop circles, violent animals & tall dark figures. This one had us praying aliens don’t exist…



4. IT
We’ve gone with the latest version of Stephen King's ‘IT’ on our list. Red balloons & clowns in sewers may not sound menacing, but it sure is creepy. If you haven’t got around to watching it yet, we recommend it here at our HQ!



5. NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET
You always see someone in a striped red & black sweater on Halloween… we can all thank Freddy Krueger for that. This is always a must watch around Halloween season.
