Out Of Hours Cocktail Club

On Thursday 18th September, we’re opening the doors to our flagship store out-of-hours for an evening of cocktails with a difference. In collaboration with the environmental charity Cool Earth - who we’ve worked with since launching our One Home Forever Fund - we’ll be hosting our very first Out Of Hours Cocktail Club, and we couldn’t be more excited. This isn’t your typical cocktail night: think smoky notes, bold flavours, and a line-up that tells a story.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz before stepping behind the counter to create three limited-edition P&Co cocktails, each inspired by the rainforest communities that Cool Earth supports. With spirits supplied by our friends at East London Liquor Co., you’ll kick things off with something light and refreshing, move into a rich, smoky whisky-based drink to sip while the Cool Earth team share their story, and finish the night strong with a cocoa and coffee twist on the classic martini.

Each cocktail has its own unique inspiration, and the team from Cool Earth will guide you through the flavours, traditions, and communities behind them as we go.

Why Cool Earth?

Cool Earth is a charity on a mission to back the people who know the rainforest best - the communities living there. By working together, they’re finding solutions that put people (and the planet) first, tackling both the climate crisis and inequality head-on.

They’re also one of the partner charities chosen to be part of our One Home Forever Fund, an initiative we set up last year to create a more inclusive and flexible approach to sustainability. Through the fund, we have been able to build authentic, long-term relationships with organisations like Cool Earth, gaining a deeper understanding of the impact being made, and getting actively involved through events, collaborations, and volunteering. It’s all about meaningful impact, engaging communities, and working together to protect the places we call home.
