Social Media Executive
The Social Media Executive will be the brand voice through our social channels. They will be an advocate of all things P&Co & all things social media- using our multiple social platforms to showcase our lifestyle, promote our product & engage with our community.
CRM & Loyalty Executive
Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our customer relationship management and loyalty strategies. You will collaborate across departments to drive engagement, retention, and growth through effective CRM email marketing, app communications, and loyalty engagement.
Customer Support Agent
In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the year. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service via email and live chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will handle product returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for customers.
Part-time Customer Support Agent
In this role, your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction during our peak trading period. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service through email and live chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns quickly and effectively.
