We are seeking experienced and proactive Sales Associates to join our team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a pioneering role in introducing our brand to the high street in our first ever retail store!

You be part of a team working to deliver an exceptional customer experience whilst maintaining our brands core values of creativity, quality & pride.

Part-time: Shoreditch, London

12-month Fixed Term Contract, 16-20 hours per week. Start Date: May 2025

Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face our brand, welcoming every customer into the P&Co family

We are looking for trustworthy and reliable team players that thrive in fast paced, customer facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing in-store customer experience

• Work towards sales targets and KPI’s set by the Store Manager

• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge as well as accurately explain features and benefits of P&Co products

• Utilise guidelines set by Management to maintain exceptional visual and operational standards

• Be the voice of the customer and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally

• Be creative and constantly consider new ways to help improve the customer experience

• Assist the Store Manager in day to day running of the store, including key holding responsibilities

Key Skill Requirements

A minimum of one to two years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality is required. This background ensures candidates have the necessary exposure to premium service standards and an understanding of customer expectations in a high-end environment.

Candidates should reflect the aesthetic of P&Co through their personal style and presentation, embodying the brand’s identity and values in their appearance and demeanor. Maintaining a polished and professional image is essential for aligning with the brand’s vision.

A commitment to continuous self-improvement, resilience, and efficient time management is highly valued. The ability to adapt, grow, and refine skills while managing responsibilities effectively is key to success in this role.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a results-driven mindset and a strong sales acumen, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store.

Outstanding communication skills are necessary to inspire, guide, and foster meaningful relationships with both colleagues and customers. The ability to elevate the brand’s presence through positive interactions and exceptional service is a core aspect of the role.
