We’ve recently had numerous messages and emails asking us whether the developing situation with COVID-19 will be affecting our operations or our ability to process orders.

As a small business we’re always pushing to be at our best and this period we find ourselves in is no exception.

We’re proudly still firing on all cylinders, the site is open 24/7 and it’s business as usual.

Whilst we’re staying focused on bringing you the best level of service we can, we are also navigating an ever changing climate and it is important for us to keep you and our team safe.

Our dispatch centre has taken steps to mitigate risks, taking temperatures of all staff as they enter the warehouse - this should add an extra level of assurance for those handling your P&Co parcels before they ship out.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will of course follow the latest advice and procedures from our government.

Currently, we are not experiencing any delays in our supply chain or with our fulfilment centre, so orders will be going out as usual; however, you may need to refer to the latest developments with local couriers, as some locations may be experiencing delays with deliveries once parcels arrive in the country.
