When is the Sale?

Our Sample Sale will run for three days from 6th - 8th September 

Opening Hours:

Friday 11 - 7
Saturday 10 - 7
Sunday 11 - 5

Where will the Sale be held?

Number 3, Ely’s Yard, 15 Hanbury Street, London. E1 6QR

Ely’s Yard is situated on the west side of the Truman Brewery and is walking distance from various tube stations:

Shoreditch High Street Station - 5 min walk

Liverpool Street Station - 10 min walk 

Aldgate East Station - 10 min walk 

Old Street Station 15 min walk 

Parking is available nearby but spaces are limited - see the Truman Brewery website for more information

Will there be priority access for Family Tier loyalty members?

Yes! Show us your family status on the loyalty account upon arrival and we will move you into a smaller queue 

What items will be available?

A huge selection of archive products, unreleased designs, one of a kind pieces and samples of current and brand new designs! Keep an eye on our socials in the lead up for some sneaky previews!

Will there be both Men’s and Women’s clothes?

 Yes! There will be something for everyone!

Will it just be sample sizes?

No! We have lots of availability in all sizes from XXS to XXL and 6 to 20

Is there a limit on how much I can buy?

No, you can buy as much as you like! You can, however, only buy 3 of the same style in the interest of fairness

Can I return items that I purchased at Sample Sale?

No, all sales will be final 

Can I use my loyalty points to buy sale items?

No, sorry. We cannot accept loyalty points, discount codes or gift cards

What payment method can I use?

This is a cashless event, please pay by card only 

Will it be wheelchair friendly?

Yes, this is an accessible event! If you have any concerns please contact our customer service team ahead of the sale

Will there be fitting rooms available?

Unfortunately no, please consider wearing appropriate clothing for trying on eg. vests, leggings

Can I hold an item that I have seen ahead of the event?

No, items will be sold on a first come, first served basis 

Will there be a restock? 

We will be constantly replenishing the stock as we sell so styles may vary across the weekend

How do I enter the Competition?

When you pay, we will ask for your email address and permission to contact you. That’s it! You will then be entered into a draw to win a full refund of your purchase!

Can I enter more than once?

Yes! You can enter as many times as you like. Please note you will only be refunded the total of the winning purchase

How many winners will there be?

We will pick one winner for each day of the Sale!

How will I know if I’ve won?

We will export a list of the names acquired throughout the sample sale weekend. These names will then be put into an online generator to pick 3 winners at random. Each winner will be contacted via email by hello@pand.co & the refund will be automatically issued. The winners will be selected on Friday 13th September 2024.
