We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team based in the centre of Birmingham. We’re looking for someone with 3 or more years of
relevant experience with knowledge and confidence in a variety of digital marketing disciplines.
As the digital marketing manager, you’ll have excellent analytical and communication skills. Playing a leading role in decision making, you will be an influential figure whilst still getting involved in regular day-to-day work. Strong problem-solving skills will be key, as will creativity, innovation and a collaborative approach to work.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing all-rounder. Someone technical and data driven, but also someone who understands the importance of Brand Marketing. You’ll be in the detail, but also driving the strategy. You’ll be instrumental in identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Your role will include the running of the CRM system (Email, App, Loyalty programme), the development of a robust acquisition and retention programme, tracking consumers behaviour, overseeing email segmentation and automation and CRM/content management.
•Work with the wider marketing team to develop an overall 'always-on' digital marketing strategy across channels, which underpins the collection marketing campaigns.
•Execute the strategy and delivery across owned and earned channels.
•Oversee and deliver customer acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty across all digital channels.
•Own the digital marketing reporting function for the business on daily, weekly and monthly level.
•Analyse data to draw out strategic insights to help drive business growth.
•Reporting regularly on measurement against predetermined digital metrics and KPIs, recommending and implementing advancements and suggesting changes in tactics globally across all websites.
•Manage the relationship with our paid media partners whilst hosting weekly meetings to share key performance metrics from the prior week and discuss advancements for the coming weeks.
•Develop a robust CRM strategy and advise on continual advancements in CRM. Oversee and optimise the marketing automation strategy.
Key Skill Requirements:
•BS/BA//MS/MA degree in marketing or related field.
•Solid work experience in digital marketing/ecommerce/CRO.
•Deep knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics.
•Highly creative thinker, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategies to engage, inform and motivate.
•Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
•Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, CRM, marketing automation systems, email, display advertising campaigns.
•Experience in optimising landing pages understanding the user and user funnels.
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
•Real passion for the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
•Strong planning skills and working knowledge of ecommerce marketing
•Past experience in brand design, retail or fashion related industry is a plus.
•Experience with Shopify is also a plus.
•Demonstrates great composure under pressure with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
