A YEAR IN REVIEW: 2025

Balance Over Chaos

We kicked off 2025 with one of our boldest collections to date. Our ‘Balance Over Chaos’ collection was born out of 1 pair of custom trousers, hand-painted by our Creative Director, Lee. Having worn his carpenter pants for a good few years, they had taken a battering; accompanying him on photoshoots, a house renovation and numerous trips. Left with a truly unique pair of trousers, he wanted to turn them into something new.

We found balance in the process- taking a pre-worn and already chaotic pair of trousers and hand-painting new details and art onto them. It was fun to apply our graphic DNA onto a piece that wouldn’t typically find it. This sparked the inspiration for the entire collection & the campaign shoot- which was on the dry riverbeds of El Mirage.

Balance over Chaos invited you to take a closer look; to appreciate the smaller details & to create moments in the process.

Movement, Made Wearable

From speaking to our community over the years, we have found that many of our customers stumble upon us when searching for something unique, and there aren’t many brands out there that do graphics the way we do.

That statement could not be truer when it comes to activewear - which is why we decided to try our hands at it. You shouldn’t have to dull down your authenticity just because you’re working out - you should be able to carry your personality through to whatever it is you’re doing.

We were super proud to introduce our first-ever collection of activewear this year- combining breathable fabrics & technical constructions with reflective artwork and the graphics you know us for.

Look out for new activewear in 2026.

Exploring New Spaces

Exploration played a defining role in 2025. We pushed beyond our comfort zone by experimenting with new fabrics, richer textures and more innovative shapes, expanding what P&Co looks and feels like while staying rooted in what we do best. That evolution naturally led us from familiar UK streets to our first major campaign in New York - a city that perfectly mirrors our ongoing dialogue between British heritage and Americana styling. Shooting in the cityscapes that partly inspired the range felt like a full-circle moment, merging timeless fabrics and considered design with big-city energy. The trip also marked the beginning of new creative relationships, as we worked closely with photographers Felix Russell-Saw and Josy Graye, whose creative output made it one of our favourite shoots to date.

Moments like these ground everything we do, reinforcing that community has always been, and will always be, at the heart of P&Co.

P&Co in the Real World

This year, we deepened our connection with the community by bringing P&Co offline and into the real world. Opening the doors to our Spitalfields flagship store gave us a permanent home - not just a place to shop, but a space to connect, create and come together. The opening day set the tone from the start, bringing friends of the brand, familiar faces and new customers into the space to celebrate what P&Co stands for, with good conversations, shared stories and a sense of what was to come. The launch party was pretty epic;  with beers, burgers, Luke Storey and Laurie Vincent (Soft Play) on the decks and even an ice sculpture. It was definitely a night we’ll never forget.

Having a space of our own means that we can host moments that really matter.  From fundraising events in support of One Home Fund to acoustic nights celebrating new ranges, the store has quickly become a place for shared experiences - grounding everything we do in something bigger than product alone.

Collaborations & Creative Energy

Ongoing partnerships with like-minded brands allowed us to experiment, push beyond our usual boundaries and explore avenues that sit just outside of our core collections -  a reminder of why collaboration remains at the heart of P&Co.

Our partnership with Download Festival returned for its second chapter, bringing together all of the things we love: music, subculture and nostalgia, through a collection inspired by retro video games.

Meanwhile, our two drops with our friends at WESN deepened an existing creative relationship, merging shared values around craftsmanship and utility to produce considered, functional pieces that celebrated maritime heritage with a modern edge.

SAMPLE SALES

Our sample sales in Birmingham and London were about more than just clearing out the studio. They were a chance to open the doors and spend time with the people who have supported P&Co from the very start. Bringing it back to Birmingham, our hometown, felt especially meaningful. Seeing queues form outside and down the street, familiar faces in the crowd, and new ones alongside them was a powerful reminder of where we came from and how far we’ve come.

Moments like these ground everything we do, reinforcing that community has always been, and will always be, at the heart of P&Co.

Community Moments

Black Friday, Done Our Way

Black Friday has always been a moment we approach carefully. This year, we took it on as our most ambitious project to date, building a campaign rooted in world-building, storytelling and live experiences that felt bigger than the brand itself. Partnering with Circus Extreme played a huge role in bringing that vision to life. Their raw energy, physical performance and theatrical edge allowed us to create a campaign that blurred the line between fashion, spectacle and narrative, pushing us creatively in new directions.

We were also fortunate to work with our friend and videographer Nick Suchak and his assistant Rhys, whose cinematic eye captured the intensity and movement of the performances with striking clarity. Meanwhile, Dave Shrimpton’s wet plate photography brought a timeless, tactile quality to the campaign imagery, grounding the bold concept in craftsmanship and heritage.

The collaboration challenged us to think beyond traditional campaign formats, using movement, character and atmosphere to build a fully immersive world. It was an opportunity to step outside the usual Black Friday playbook and invite people into something unexpected. To see how it all came together, our making-of blog and campaign film dive deeper into the process, capturing the collaboration and creative journey behind the scenes.

Back to Our Roots: The Founder’s Drop

With Ex Libris, we brought things back to where it all began. Designed by our founders, this drop was about revisiting the ideas, references, and values that first shaped P&Co. It was a chance to slow down, reflect, and create something deeply personal - rooted in our history but made for now.

The Ex Libris Collection draws from the archives, influences, and personal histories of founders Lee and Jordan. At its heart is the Sierra Suede Jacket, a true milestone for 2025 and the culmination of over 12 years of inspiration, craft, and storytelling. Designed to age beautifully, the Sierra is a piece made to be kept, loved, and worn in with time.

Crafted from 100% real suede in a rich dark tan, the Sierra Suede Jacket is a premium reinterpretation of our Type 2 “Bobby” denim block, elevated by the western-inspired design details that have long defined P&Co’s identity. From the front and back western yoke to the patch pockets with signature stitch detailing and antique brass finishings, every element nods to classic Americana. The real leather patch neck label seals its authenticity and timeless appeal.

A New Home for P&Co: Alongside everything else, we took time to level up the home of P&Co. Our new website was built to better reflect who we are- giving the brand, the collections, and the stories the space they deserve.

Looking Ahead

2025 was a year of refinement, balance, and purpose: a real turning point for P&Co. We’re carrying everything we’ve learned into 2026, with even more stories to tell, more places to explore, and a clearer vision for the future of the brand.

This year saw some of our strongest product to date. New arrivals sold through faster than we ever expected, and many already feel like future staples of P&Co. For the first time in a long while, our latest releases didn’t just sit alongside long-time favourites, they truly outshone them. It was a clear signal that the direction we’re heading in is the right one.

As we look ahead, there’s a new chapter on the horizon; one that draws on tradition but plays by its own rules. Keep an eye out for a spring collection that hints at something familiar, yet full of fresh energy and unexpected details.

Thanks for being part of the journey.

- Team P&Co
