When we started the brand, we did manufacture certain items in England. Our ambitions were big for these items however, sadly, the manufacturers we worked with at the time weren’t able to achieve the level of finish and quality we wanted.

As the years have gone by, British manufacturing seems to be getting better and better. Making things in Britain is something me (Lee, Creative Director) and Jord (Jordan, General Manager) have always been passionate about, but it was important that the quality aligned with the vision. 

At the end of last year, we started looking for some new factories to work with on a capsule designed & made in England. When we came across Cookson & Clegg, we knew we’d found our manufacturing partner.

We have fully sourced every element of these items- from buttons and trims, leather patches, the finest Italian Selvedge denim, through to the embroidery threads. Every component has been designed & produced to the Nth degree. These items are true reflections of the products of hard craft we talk about, and they rightfully earn the title.

Our goal is to produce a Made in England capsule every year. We want to do our bit to support local manufacturing as much as we can, and also offer an exclusive line of premium clothing.

The A2 Deck Jacket from our Made In England collection is a limited edition piece crafted from a 10oz Bedford cord- a heavy-weight corded fabric milled using durable Pima cotton. This classic fit men’s jacket was inspired by an authentic military-issued A2 Deck Jacket, owned by our Creative Director. It features many of the same characteristics as the original, including a warm wool-mix lining, storm cuffs & a buttoned storm front. It also has plastic-free corozo buttons & a dependable YKK zipper.

The 204 Selvedge Jeans from our Made In England collection are a limited edition piece in our 204 regular tapered fit. They are crafted from durable 15oz Italian Candiani selvedge denim; milled from 100% sustainably sourced organic cotton, that will age naturally with wear to create a truly unique garment. They feature fully custom antique nickel buttons and finishings, a button-fly closure & a debossed natural leather patch on the reverse.

Each pair of 204 Selvedge Jeans & every A2 Deck Jacket is a Product of Hard Craft, designed and made in England to the nth degree. All hand-stamped & numbered in-house out of 150.
