Meet The Muse
Alice Skyles

Throughout the years we have worked with hundreds of talented female photographers, models & creatives, and we want to take time out to get to know them all a little better.

Alice was the face, alongside photographer & model Grant Puckett, of our Spring ‘20 lookbook shoot, in Amboy, CA. It was her unique take on vintage style (those red cowboy boots!), and appreciation of art that initially made her stand out to us.

How did the shoot in Amboy go?
The shoot went well! We did end up in a slight wind storm right outside of Palm Springs, but hey it made things more interesting.

Did you have a favourite piece from the new range?
My favourite piece was the yellow Chore Jacket.
Alice Skyles- P&Co Women's yellow chore jacketHow would you describe your own personal style?
My style is kind of different day to day. I really like 1960s /1970s vintage and my favourite vintage brand is Gunne Sax.

Tell us about your work outside of modelling.
I have been working at a local coffee shop called Captain’s Grounds for about 5 years now; for family friends of mine. I love working there- interacting and getting to know new and old customers.

How do you take your coffee?
I usually just have black coffee sometimes with a dash of almond milk.

And what’re you doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I often go thrift shopping with friends. I also like to do creative shoots with friends as much as I can!

What inspires you, is there a mantra you live by?
I don’t have any mantras that I live by right now. My group of friends is really inspiring to me. They all do creative things for a living and I love watching them grow.

Name something you can’t live without.
I can’t function at all without coffee. That’s the only thing I really don’t think I’ll ever go without. Also clothing, if I don’t have an outfit on that I’m proud of, I’m not going to have a good day.
